Q: How is hemp-derived Delta 9 THC different from marijuana derived Delta 9 THC?

A: Legally, hemp is defined as a cannabis plant that contains 0.3% or less of Delta-9 THC, while marijuana is a cannabis plant that contains more than 0.3% of Delta-9 THC. Merry Rain is a hemp-derived product.

Delta-9 THC is the cannabinoid that most people refer to when they say THC. Delta-9 is the same molecule, whether it is derived from hemp or marijuana. It’s naturally occurring in all hemp and marijuana plants, unlike Delta-8, HHC, or other chemically converted or synthetic cannabinoids.

Q: Where can I get Merry Rain?

A: We currently distribute Merry Rain in Iowa, Wisconsin, Minnesota, South Dakota, Kansas, and Missouri. Also, you can ORDER online and ship to your door in the following states: AL, AZ, DE, FL, GA, IA, IL, IN, KS, KY, LA, ME, MD, MN, MS, MO, NC, NE, NJ, NM, OH, OK, PA, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VT, WV, WI, WY. Q: How will it make me feel? How many drinks can I have?

A: Most consumers report calming or euphoric effects that begin to be felt within 15 minutes and can last for multiple hours. For others it may take two hours or more for effects to be felt.  Consumers report they get similar relaxation and social benefits to having a drink of alcohol. The effects and tolerance for the THC & CBD vary person to person, so we recommend starting slow with one drink and progressing from there. As with alcohol, please drink responsibly. 

Q: What is your refund policy for online orders?
